Peter Chambers B.Bus

Non-Executive Chairman

Peter Chambers most recently held the position of Managing Director - Strategy and Governance with the Rajawali Group, which he retired from at the end of June 2014.  Mr Chambers is also a member of the Board of Commissioners and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Excelcomindo, Indonesia's third largest mobile telephone operator.  He was one of the key persons when Rajawali established Excelcomindo in the late 90's.

He has more than 20 years' experience in the finance and telecommunications industries having been the Head of the South East Asia Communication Practice of Coopers and Lybrand (Hong Kong based).  Mr Chambers has also held executive roles with various international companies over the years.

Mr Chambers graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

Mr Chambers was appointed a Director of Indo Mines Limited on 23 November 2012.

Darryl Harris B.Sc. MAusIMM

Non-Executive Director

Darryl Harris is an engineering metallurgist with over 20 years experience in the design and commissioning of mineral processing plants. Mr Harris has had a long association with engineering companies including Nedpac and Signet Engineering and was involved in the development of various projects, including project co-ordinator for the An Feng-Kingstream Steel Project and other Australian ferrous projects.

Mr Harris was appointed a Director of Indo Mines Limited on 16 June 1987.

Ali Abbas Badre Alam

Non-Executive Director

Mr Alam is an experienced Investment Banking professional with over two decades of experience in international financial markets across Asia Pacific. He earned his MBA from Institute of Business Administration in Pakistan, and his MSc in Finance and Economics from London School of Economics & Political Science in the UK. His professional experience includes working for Credit Suisse and Citibank. Mr Alam joined Rajawali Corpora in March 2017 as the Managing Director of Investment.

Mr Alam was appointed a Director of Indo Mines Limited on 13 September 2018.

Arran Marshall BA, MBA

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Mr Marshall has most recently held the role of Country Head for AWR Lloyd in Indonesia.  AWR Lloyd is a specialist mining and energy advisor in South East Asia. He holds an MBA from the Auckland University of Technology and his core competencies are in the areas of business development, project management/development, financial analysis, strategy, investor relations and capital markets. 

Mr Marshall was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Indo Mines on 25 February 2014 and Executive Director on 13 September 2018.

Richard Edwards B. Comm, CPA, SA Fin, FGIA

Company Secretary

Mr Edwards has worked for over ten years providing financial reporting and company secretarial services to a range of publicly listed companies in Australia with a focus on the mining sector, including as CFO and Company Secretary of Indonesian focused Sumatra Copper & Gold plc.  He is also Company Secretary of ASX listed Collerina Cobalt Limited and Nickel Mines Limited and unlisted public company Prospech Limited.

Bobi Sandi B. Accounting, BAP

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Bobi Sandi has worked for over than 13 years providing budget and cost control, financial reporting, and project cost control supported with a strong financial audit and accounting background. He most recently held the role of financial controller of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (formerly known as PT Inco Tbk), a public company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange and one of the largest nickel producers in the world. He also currently holds the position as CFO of PT Jogja Magasa Iron, the 70% subsidiary company of Indo Mines Ltd.
